  eco VET Companies (Laugfs Eco Sri & Cleanco Lanka)
This programme is designed as a public-private partnership and it is a centralized system with two private sector companies namely Laughs’ Eco Sri (Pvt.) Ltd. and CleanCo Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd. contracted to invest for VET centers, equipment’s, and other facilities to perform the emission testing and issue the VET certificates island wide.
